Alma Sinanaj

Alma Sinanaj is an inspector of Concentrations Sector, working for Authority of Competition since 2008. She is an expert on different  areas such as: the right to compete and the concentrations, the right of the costumers, author rights, intellectual property, trademark and patent, public administration, trade law etc. Miss Sinanaj is graduated in 2006 for European Law at University of Rome “La Sapienza” and she has finished her Master degree focused on European and Immigration Law at University of Rome “Tor Vergata” in 2008.
Eni Kalo

Eni Kalo is Partner in the IP Department of KALO & ASSOCIATE Law Firm. She holds a law degree from “Robert Schuman" University in Strasbourg, followed by a Masters Degree in Intellectual Property Law at CEIPI (Center of International Studies of Industrial Property), part of Robert Schuman University.
Florian Xhafa

Florian is a senior lawyer and policy expert with over 16 years of intensive experience in policy and legal analysis, policy and legal drafting of several important areas of law and development issues. He obtained his BA in Law awarded with distinctions in 1999, and his Master of Arts Degree in European Studies in 2008 from Tirana University. Gledis Gjipali

Gledis has started his career working for several years at the Albanian Ministry of European Integration, Directorate of Justice and Home Affairs, dealing with the reform in judiciary system, property rights and anti-corruption. Since 2008 he is part of EMA working to encourage and strengthen the present democratic experiences, by promoting democratic values during the policy making process, analysis and implementation of public policies in the country.
Holta Ymeri

Holta is a senior lawyer with over 8 years of intensive experience in legal and policy consultancy. She obtained her MBA in Law from “La Sapienza” University of Rome, in 2008 and her LLM in European Law, awarded with distinction, from Maastricht University Law School in 2015. She combines a Western European education with an Albanian working experience. As an Albanian attorney she has been actively participating in challenging projects and has worked closely with international law firms.
Nirvana Deliu

Nirvana has finished in 2012 her Bachelor Studies in Political Sciences, in Faculty of Social Sciences in Tirana and after that she has successfully completed in 2015 a Master of Science in Theory of Politics at the same University. In meantime she has conducted a Specializing Master on International Relations, at Universita Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Milan, Italy throughout the year 2014.
Sofía Lucas Areizaga

Sofia is a young scholar of fundamental rights and constitutional law. She holds a BA degree in Law obtained in University of the Basque Country in 2013 and a Master of Laws in European Law obtained at the European Law School of Maastricht University in 2014. She started her PhD Studies in Constitutional Law in 2015 at the Compultense University of Madrid. Currently she is working as an intern in the Delegation of the Basque Country Government to the EU.
Suela Hasani

Suela is an attorney with experience in a variety of law fields. She obtained her BA in Law in 2012, at the law faculty of the University of Bari “Aldo Moro”. Since then she has been practicing her profession in Albania and she is specialized in commercial and tax & social security law and has also exercised her profession as a litigation attorney. She has followed various litigation cases among which breach of contract claims, company/shareholder disputes, breach of warranty claims, civil fraud, property litigation, administrative law litigation etc.
